S.T.A.T VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
There are many volunteer opportunities available through the Preble County Council on Aging's S.T.A.T. (Sharing Time and Talent) Volunteer Program. We provide volunteers, upon request, to help out at local schools and organizations. We pick up litter twice a year. We help with Whispering Christmas, the Pork Festival, the annual "Senior Day" activity and other county events. Volunteers also help at the Senior Center with the mailing of the bi-monthly “Senior Scene” newsletter, serve as hostesses in our Courtyard Café, help in our outside garden and flower beds and with the mowing of the grounds.
If you would like to be a S.T.A.T. volunteer, please call Barbara "Cookie" Young, Volunteer Coordinator, at (937) 456-4947 or 1-800-238-5146.
