Mini-Trips by 10 Passenger Van

 Mary Jane Frost, Activity Manager

 Mary Jane Frost,
Activity Manager

The Senior Center's 10-passenger vans are used for mini-trips. Advance registration is required due to limited seating. Mini-trips are designed for those persons with physical limitations. Upon request, we are able to pick you up and return you to your home. Mini-trip destinations are to local events and attractions with a stop for a meal. The day is shorter and less strenuous than a motorcoach trip. The cost of a mini-trip includes transportation and admission charges to attractions that will be visited. Meals are usually not included in the price of the trip.

Space is limited. Reservations are required and they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due the morning of the trip (unless we must purchase tickets and pay for them in advance). If you must cancel, PLEASE call the Senior Center to let us know so that someone on the waiting list can be called to take your place. To make a reservation, or for information on cost of the trip, departure and return times, etc., please call the Mary Jane Frost or Cookie Young at the Senior Center at 456-4947 or 1-800-238-5146.

Please note: Once the mini-trip is full, we will take names on a waiting list. If we get enough names on the waiting list, we will try to plan a second trip for those persons.
